After an ITS pathway you will be placed in the labor market with a technical profile and highly specialized skills.

You also have the opportunity to have the ITS pathway recognized as two years of a bachelor’s degree program and gain direct access to the third year of a telematic university that will allow you to both maintain the employment you have obtained and continue your studies.

The technical profiles trained by ITS courses are high in demand in the labor market. Many of our students receive an economic contribution since the curricular traineeship period, which then increases exponentially upon activation of a more stable work contract.

The main reason why students choose an ITS pathway is the guarantee of having an occupation consistent with their course of study at the end of the course.
Moreover, they have the desire to enter the labor market with practical and applied skills, acquired in a short time from experiential and laboratorial teaching. The employment rate of ITS courses one year after graduation exceeds 95%.

ITS courses are two-year post-diploma high technical specialization courses that you can access by passing a selection test.

  • host visits or laboratory activities
  • host a student for the internship period

  • become a member of the Foundation

Approximately from January to July of the 2nd year of the course.

Upon company notification of an open position and its job description, the most suitable resources are identified from among the students. We will also be taking into account the student’s interest in the company itself and its distance.

The company will select through interviews the best candidate to suit its needs.

Being a curricular traineeship planned in the total number of hours of the course, the company is not required to recognize any financial compensation. This option is however at the discretion of the company itself.

The student benefits from an all-inclusive insurance coverage and INAIL position paid for by the Institute. Both are valid for the entire two years of the course, thus including the traineeship period.

This contractual arrangement (Art. 45 of Legislative Decree No. 81 of June 15, 2015 and implementing provisions) is a privileged tool of intervention for youth employment, as it allows young people to anticipate their entry into the labor market and gain research experience. At the same time companies can benefit from tax relief and contribution advantages.
